Regardless of the decision, DOMA or Prop 8, meet at the Hillcrest Pride Flagpole starting at 5pm.

The US Supreme Court is about to make its decision on the legality of CA’s Prop 8 and the constitutionality of the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA). The date is unknown at this time, so be prepared to mobilize and join us at the Pride Flag for a rally with speakers and a march on the day when they are announced. Then join us afterward at the SD LGBT Center at 7pm for more activities in response to the decision.
